Child Policy: Child rate with bed is 70% of the adult rate & Child without bed is 50% of the adult rate

• Standard SIC Pick Up timings:
• PEN APT to PEN HTL : as per flight arrival
• SIC Half day PEN city tour : Between 0845 -0900hrs or Between 1345hrs – 1400hrs
• PEN HTL to PEN APT : 3 hours prior to flight departure
  

Transportation notes :

• For Airport pick up vehicle shall wait for 1.5 hrs only from the arrival time
• Incase of flight delay more than 2 hours client must call our 24hours hotline for
  rescheduling. If no intimation of flight delay, airport transfer would not be rearranged
  nor refunded. Client can approach airline ground staff for transfer if it is airline fault.
• Clients have to pay supplement for private tours incase the arrival or departure
  timing of flight does not coincides with the sic tour pickup time.
• Incase of any delay due to client, the vehicle shall not wait more than the
  confirmed pick up time and there shall not be any refund nor compensation.
• All transfers pick up point at the hotel is at lobby only
• No change of pick up time for transfer and tours would be allowed less than 24 hrs.

Important Notes :

• Surcharge may apply during special events or other Malaysian national holidays at the time of booking
• No refund for unutilized services
• Incase of any delay due to client, the vehicle shall not wait more than the confirmed pick up time and there shall not be any refund nor compensation.
